Silz, Sizz, Sizzler, T, TJ, T-Rock, Bigness, Big Sexy, and as of lately Big Tinah Birthday: December 30, 1981 Born in: Edmonton , Alberta Canada Currently Living in: Edmonton Weight: Off Season 200 lbs Contest 155-160 lbs Height: 5'5 Current Profession: I am a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. (((((session link)))))) MY FAVORITES: Food: dim sum, pizza, ice cream and apple fritters Diet Food: Baked basa, with rice, cooked spinach, MCT oil and balsamic vinegar. ooow... and protein ice cream! Music: i listen to everything.. just no country. lots of reggae, R n' B, metal, rock, jazz, latin Movies: Ace Ventura Pet Detective ( a classic), Step Brothers...anything funny TV shows: anything CSI, Reality Dance shows (cant get enough of them), Sports, Sports and more sports My favorite muscle to train: Shoulders, but legs come a very close second. I love doing drop sets of Dumbbell shoulder side raises. I love the burn you get. As for legs, there is this CYBEX leg press that i love! I will spend 1/2 my workout on it, as it is the best machine in the world! Least favorite: Chin Ups!!!!! no doubt! in off season when I'm 200 lbs, they are the worst! Competition History Muscle Beach 2007 - 2nd Place Alberta Provincials 2008 - 6th Place About my training routine (i.e.: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.) TRAINING PROGRAM DAY 1: Chest Day 2: Back Day 3: Hamstrings, Adductors and Abductors Day 4: Shoulders Day 5: Quads & Calves Day 6: Arms Day 7: REST I hardly do abs! Maybe 1-2 times a week if that. I believe in keeping your core muscles tight when u train, and that will be enough on its own Off-Season i do 20 min of cardio max a day or none at all. Contest prep, i start with 20 min of cardio a day and increase it slowly as i get closer to my show. BEST body part: My eyes and smile are 2 of my favorites i would also consider my butt to be one of my best body parts too! lol On a serious note, i am comfortable in my own skin, so i cant really say i have an absolute favorite, i just proud of what i have accomplished and become. WORST body part: I still need bigger shoulders!!! STATS OFF SEASON Weight: 200 Chest: 38 DDD Biceps: 16.5 Waist: 31 Hips: 46 Thigh: 29 Calves: 18 MAX LIFTS (for 1 rep) Bench: 225 lbs Dead Lift: 405 lbs Squats: 315 Leg Press: 1080 lbs Shoulder Press: 75 lbs Biceps Curls: 65 lbs (one arm) Hobbies, what do you do to relax... etc. When I'm not training, ill find myself something to do. i have a hard time sitting still for too long. Ill go to movies, dinner, COSTCO (oh i love that place!.... don't forget the hot dog! mmmmmm) i love to do smudge pastel drawings, shop, you might find me napping too! Something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear: I can "bahhh" like a sheep really, really well! lol
